Do Denver Bondsman offer Cash Bonds?

There are certain circumstances when a judge will demand a cash-only bond for the release of a defendant. Examples being if the arrest is made in a different community than where the defendant resides, or if the charge is failure to appear for a previous court date, or an outstanding fine.

A bail bondsman, acting as a third party, may post the cash bond either with the court or at the jail. The defendant is then released in the custody of the Denver bondsman, who will be held responsible for the defendant’s return to court, or any violation of the terms of release.
