An Aurora Bondsman Makes A Promise To The Court

An Aurora bondsman takes on quite a risk when he puts up the bail to get his client discharged. If things go well, the bondsman will get his money back when his client’s case is resolved. As long as the client is present for his trial, it won’t matter what the outcome is, the Aurora bondsman will have fulfilled his promise to the court, and bail will be refunded. But, if a client should decide to evade the law, the bondsman will lose the cash that he provided to the court, and any collateral he held.
